Date Format not always consistent
Open, LowPublic

Description

Testcase: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Rfc1394/sandbox

Author: paul

Description:
On the page "Test:Date" on en.wikipedia I have created an example using all of the format examples. Go to that page and look. Now go to the Settings page, and then to date and time formats. If you use U.S. or European format, e.g.

16:12, January 15, 2001

or

16:12, 15 January 2001

the display is consistent for all entries, and any of the formats is changed so whether you use [[15 January]] or [[January 15]] with or without the year, they both show the same thing but if you have date format of

16:12, 2001 January 15

then the date format is left as is entered instead of changing to the month, day form. If the year is included before or after, the date format is changed to the above, but if the year is not included, the date is left as is.

You may delete that page once this bug is resolved, thank you.
