Cannot add wiki pages to search bar.
In the file "opensearch_desc.php" on about line 32, it contains:

Removing the line with <?xml version="1.0"?> allows you to add the site to both IE and FF. Readding it prevents you from doing so.

I've never had a problem with either Firefox or IE here. Please provide specifics:
