Sorry, should have specified. En.Wikipedia. The room has 30 computers so that would likely be the maximum number of accounts.

Thanks. In the future, please always request at least a week in advance. Our teams that are an absolute requirement for safe deployment are offsite and I cannot guarantee this request will be fulfilled. Please prepare a backup solution in case this won't work. Thank you for understanding.

I added accountcreator to Gamaliel on enwiki, I don't expect this will DO anything, as this editor is already +sysop.

This is resolved and if patch is not merged with giving accountcreator right to user which requested this.
