I'm dusting off the cobwebs and writing some documentation for current and future team who are supporting scholarships. Irene and I are taking all the staff input and then entering in pass/fail for phase 1 into the system along with comments. This will be done by Feb 3rd.
I do not recall whether Engineering / admins have to 'do anything' at this point so that the system is ready for Phase 2 review by Scholarship committee. I'm presuming it's all pretty much automatic and we are all good to go from here on out. Bryan/Niharika: Is that your recollection? thanks! Ellie
