The landing page of https://policy.wikimedia.org currently shows a Wikimania 2014 group photo. It's caption reads:
"Wikimania 2014 - London 09" by Helpameout, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.
The quoted name of the photo is based on the file name on Wikimedia Commons, but this isn't really comparable to the name of an artwork (e.g. in case of paintings etc.). In this particular case, the trailing part "London 09" is quite confusing, given it was from 2014, not 2009.
I suggest omitting the " 09" portion. Also, it seems the uploader put their desired attribution in the description field instead of the author/attribution field. I believe the intended attribution should be "Adam Novak", not "Helpameout".
