Hello, I've tried to run perl webservice, install dependencies and set up a tool, but failed and don't have time and knowledge to continue, and maybe also I don't have some hidden-source dependencies I can not get. Therefore I am asking to delete my tool from toolforge.

Note: I've tried to fix kmlexport tool for cswiki, as it is broken and the author is not responding and since this tool is used as a main part of the template used on 2500+ pages on cswiki (and even more on enwiki, dewiki and others), some fix or ported functionality would be really appreciated.
