In order to prevent users from accidentally trying to rename themselves by hitting the move tab, please remove the 'move-rootuserpages' from the user group and make it admin-only.

WONTFIX: This is a old request from 2008 with no link to community consensus. Please free feel to regain new consensus for this change and reopen or file a new bug.
