Description:
Do not show the "review this revision" checkbox (from bug 16713) on article creation for sighters. Sighters will auto-sight their own pages anyway. Even if the checkbox is empty, the article will be autoreviewed, thus remove the checkbox in such case (the checkbox already isn't shown when editing an article which latest rev is sighted, by the way).
