Show IPTC metadata on image description page

Description

It would be very helpful to show IPTC metadata on the image description page too.

Stock photo agencies store their copyright information often in IPTC only, not in EXIF metadata. This would help to identify copyvios on Wikimedia Commons.

Happened to stumble across this bug and thought I should mention I'm working towards it as part of my gsoc project in /branches/img_metadata.

My branch is now merged into trunk. Assuming no one finds any major issues with it, fixed as of r86169.
