Motivation
Usually, the FileExporter adds a link "Import to Commons" onto file pages. However, the link should only be in places, where the file is actually hosted on this wiki. Most of the time, this is resolved through immediate redirects to Commons. However, if you don't use javascript, open the image in a new tab or have the mediaviewer deactivated, this might not be the case.
