This is slightly different and due to two links to the same resource in different formats.
All cases reported so far could be fixed by not allowing IABot to make an edit with negative byte difference.

If this hasn't been fixed, one possible solution could be to verify that the number of URLs prior to and after changing the reference content is consistent.
