I seem to be seeing the external link indicator near a most of buttons/links that open the browser. I'm filing this task assuming there's a decision to clearly distinguish external links.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to the Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam article
- Scroll down to the "About this article" section
Expected results
The external link indicator is found near "View edit history" and "View talk page".
Actual results
The external link indicator is not found near "View edit history" and "View talk page".
