I am not being sent any notifications of new tickets in my queues, or of follow-up to tickets I own, despite having the respective preferences set to "Yes", and despite me receiving follow-ups and there obviously being new tickets.

The histories of tickets still show the notifications being sent out. See for example the following ticket history:

I never received that notification. According to Mark Bergsma, the Wikimedia email server hasn't had anything to do with my email address (ultrablue at gmail) at all today, when the above notification was purportedly sent out.

The last notification email I received was at 09:30 31 January 2009 (UTC). At least one other user in the IRC channel has the same situation as me, receiving their final notification at the same time.

This situation is only slightly annoying to me (I keep having to log in to OTRS to check for follow-up) but if others are experiencing it too, it might be more worrisome.
