Set a breakpoint in https://github.com/wikimedia/wikipedia-ios/blob/e444abd854fc79af9caf2440439c40d70b65cb75/Wikipedia/Code/EventLogger.m#L39
Fresh install, skip onboarding
Go to Settings
Opt in to send usage reports
Quit & re-open the app

Expected results

Breakpoint is triggered, event is logged when appInstallAgeDays = 0

Actual results

Breakpoint is not triggered, event is not logged when appInstallAgeDays = 0
