Steps to reproduce:

• install Configure
• Go to 'Special:Extensions'
• Select "AntiSpoof"
• Select "Use this extension"
• Unselect "$wgAntiSpoofAccounts" (default: true, so set to false)
• click 'Save settings'

Check if all settings have been made. Observed:

• extension "AntiSpoof" is active (Special:Version) (expected)
• $wgAntiSpoofAccounts is set to 'true' (checkbox checked) (not expected and bugged)
