The two namespaces have been added. In addition, I setup an alias for each as 'Portal' and 'Portal_talk'. However, when running the namespacedupes script for the additional namespaces, I got the following:

Those pages cannot be automatically resolved. Someone familiar with the project should look at them and fix them manually.
