On English Wikinews, Special:Nuke shows original names after renames; deletion log shows multiple deletion for single files

Description

A bureaucrat on EN:WN tried to nuke all the uploads by one user (https://en.wikinews.org/wiki/Special:Nuke/Dom_Erineu_Bless_II).

The files had already been renamed by a steward but Special:Nuke shows only the original names.

The deletion log for each of the files shows it has been deleted multiple times - see https://en.wikinews.org/wiki/File:Deezy_Barras_TRIBAX_NEWS.mp3 for example.

I tried Special:Nuke on the bureaucrats request, with the same uploads but got the same result.
