Description

Currently, the English Wikipedia article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zakariya_Mohammed is locked from being created - "[Create=Require administrator access]" is set on it. If I have the new VE wikitext editor on in Beta settings, and go to https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Zakariya_Mohammed&action=edit&redlink=1 - the link Wikipedia would take you to when you click on a red link - the message "The editor will now load" appears...and it never does.

Since the article can't be created, the editor never loads, and instead gets stuck on the loading message, with no indication to me that this is because I am unable to create the article.
