Description

So for example [[wmf:Staff and contractors]] lead to https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Staff_and_contractors which itself have a link to the new website corresponding page https://wikimediafoundation.org/role/staff-contractors/

No big deal, but I was wondering if there are plane to change that behaviour, so either

an automatic redirection is set on https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/ pages (301 Moved Permanently), or
wmf: will directly point toward https://wikimediafoundation.org

No because not all pages with the same name have been moved to wikimediafoundation.org and foundation.wikimedia.org continues to exist. The current behavior is correct, I'd say.

wmf: will directly point toward https://wikimediafoundation.org

That would need to be changed on-wiki at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Interwiki_map
