Related articles headline is failing AA contrast ratio on mobile

Description

With the mobile footer background of [[ https://design.wikimedia.org/style-guide/visual-style_colors.html | Base80 #eaecf0 ]], current related articles headline (Base30) is insufficient contrast to conform to AA contrast ratio requirements.

Expected result:

  • The text color should be changed to next darker Base20 to conform
