There are 3 pages:

• An image on a local wiki ("JSK.jpg" at eowiki)
• An image on Wikimedia Commons ("JSK ma fierte.jpg")
• A redirect on Wikimedia Commons at "JSK.jpg" to "JSK ma fierte.jpg"

This causes that on the local wiki at the file page, the Commons image is visible. But when its transcluded on a page, the local image is visible.
