Noticed a large increase in the ORES v3 scoring API starting October 31st at 8pm (US/Pacific). Average response time shows increase from ~1.5 seconds to ~6 seconds and since November 3rd, response time averages 7 seconds. Any insight into this is greatly appreciated!

On our service (client side), bulk requests (50 edits at a time as suggested in documentation) went from ~5 seconds/request to ~25s and now hovers at ~40s/request. Screenshot attached.
