Description

Events like seminars influence registration of new editors and creation of new pages, but unless I'm mistaken it is not possible to assign annotations to specific projects and languages.

An entry for a list of dbnames should be sufficient.

Once we have some more usage of annotations we'll take care of this.

Not sure, but has anyone done anything on this?

@jeblad hi! Unfortunately right now we have a pretty big backlog and given the relatively low usage of annotations I don't think we'll be able to dedicate time to this in the near future. But if you're up for it I'll definitely review and provide timely feedback if you want to submit a CR for it.
