Zoomviewer not working

Description

Go to any image on Wikimedia Commons - example https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Greenough_Geology_India_1855_(large).jpg
Click on the ZoomViewer: flash/no flash links (both fail)
The new window opens but gives a dialog with the error message "No response from server iipsrv.fcgi"
