Usually to enable an extension on a project, there has to be a vote with the users for that project showing support for the change. However, this is a fairly easy and small change that should not affect any other aspect of the project, so I will go ahead and preemptively enable it. In the future though, a link to a passing vote and/or discussion is usually recommended.

Reclosing as FIXED, request was to enable on the wiki. Bugs with Collection itself should be filed under "Mediawiki Extensions" -> "Collection"
