As it can be seen in the following screenshot the panel with the list of tasks is completely useless due to the ellipsis. It would be nice if the ellipsis could be removed (the panel is scrollable, so that would allow reading the task number and description)
After the upcoming 2019 Week 13 release, the task graph itself (the colored line drawing) is hidden by default on devices with smaller screens, so the other columns in the table have more room. See https://secure.phabricator.com/D20313 for particulars.
You can still use Search → View Standalone Graph to view the graph on devices if you're interested in it, but in most cases I suspect it is probably less useful as a default view on small screens than having more task title text visible.
The screenshot in the task description comes from T185355. As Evan wrote, on smaller screens the graph itself is hidden now for that very task. Hence resolving.
