We could easily automate the ping-and-renew process (whereby all users with accounts are asked to renew their account on the platform). Currently we email everyone manually asking them to renew.

This feature would need to be initiated only by staff/superusers. It should look at all users with active authorizations and send an email requiring they renew their access to the publisher within the next 2 weeks, and set their authorization expiry dates to 2 weeks from now for clarity.

This would only be in the case of non-proxy partners, because it only applies in the case where we have vague/long manual account lengths. Proxy partners are expiring by default and shouldn't require this process.
