Steps to reproduce

  1. Create task without description
  2. After creating, edit description

Actual behaviour
Phabricator will add message at task USERNAME updated the task description. (Show Details)

Expected behaviour
When user add description, it should message USERNAME added the task description. (Show Details)

There are no plans to change this, as updating the existing (and empty) task description is updating the task description.

(Plus this task does not explain why the current behavior is a problem.)
