What link? I don't see it. Even if there was one, why should I care about a link of the image to itself? It is indeed listed though: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:WhatLinksHere/File:Full-protection-shackle-double.svg.

@Ammarpad I still don't see it? The F template is used to link https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Full-protection-shackle.svg, not https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Full-protection-shackle-double.svg?
