The Library Card platform is currently not sending any emails out. Looking at /admin/djmail/messages it seems like emails have the status of Draft, and the last message was sent Nov. 12, 2018, 10:52 p.m. The next email, on November 17th, was not sent.
Original task:
Currently if a comment is added to a sent application, coordinators are unlikely to see it. They should either be notified via email, or the application status should be changed to under discussion.
