A little bit of testing, and live feedback, shows that AWB's typo scanner conveniently ignores text starting with "http://" or "https://". It doesn't avoid, for example, "Library's website (www.lva.virginia.gov)" on [[Amissville, Virginia]], and attempts to capitalize "virginia". A work-around can be adding a look-behind to many, many rules, but I think the proper solution is to combine this into the http avoidance check.
