I've been asked to contact you to request a lift of the IP cap for sign ups as we have an event scheduled for multiple classes and persons on campus. The information is as follows (taken from this site):

• The event time frame (start and end) of your event, and the time zone you expressed the hours (local or UTC)

March 26th from 8:30 AM EST to 9:00 PM EST

• The IPs to allow (you may have to contact the venue organization to learn this information)

• The expected number of people to attend the event

around 200

• The list of wikis you wish to allow account creation on

Wikipedia

• A link to the Wiki page discussing the event or, if there is no such page, a link to your user page on your primary wiki:

The link above has been provided to me, but appears to be having technical issues. I've reached out to the organizers and they're looking into what may be wrong.
