Steps to reproduce ::

  1. Create an article and few drafts
  2. Start editing the article and click 'Show Preview' button

<<Available draft count is displayed in a link at the top >>

  1. Change the content in the orginal article and Save Draft.

<<The draft count is not changed>>

Expected Outcome::
Current draft count shall be updated as a draft is created.
