After bypassing browser's cache, this bug disappeared.
But when pointed, the arrow is moving to the right...
I don't know how to describe it; try it yourself. :)

Okay, I'm sorry for the embarrassment but I should say it's a local CSS that caused this. That one was aimed to fix the width of div.menu. See the bottom of [[w:zh:MediaWiki:Victor.css]]. I have fixed that. Now this bug RESOLVED FIXED.
