Description

To reproduce these errors:
Example 1—EPUB

Example 2—MOBI

  • Go to the book At the Mountains of Madness
  • Click Download as MOBI in the left nav
  • Expected result: You download a MOBI file
  • Actual result: "502 Bad Gateway" error message with the notation "nginx/1.13.6"

Example3

  • Go to the book The Myths of Mexico & Peru
  • Click Choose a Format in the left nav
  • Expected result: I'm not exactly sure, but presumably one is offered various formats to select for download.
  • Actual result: "502 Bad Gateway" error message with the notation "nginx/1.13.6"

I'm on a Mac with High Sierra 10.13.6, using Chrome Version 73.0.3683.75 (Official Build) (64-bit). I made these tests the morning PT of 3.19.19.

Hey @Samwilson, is this just one of the periods where the toolforge tool is down, I gather? Or am I doing something wrong. See Description. Thanks.

@jmatazzoni That's the error that users get when the service is down or in the midst of restarting. This is precisely the root issue we are trying to resolve with this project.
