Problem

When I upload a bunch of files, it's natural for me to describe them in captions and leave descriptions blank since the former are shown above the latter in the form, only to find out when I try to publish that descriptions are required, and now I need to go back and copy everything over.

Proposed solutions

• Reorder the fields so that required fields are grouped above optional fields
• Automatically use captions as descriptions if captions are provided but descriptions are not
• Surface validation signals earlier (before clicking on Publish) so that people won't make the same mistakes across all files
