Although the usability team is looking into the issue actively, the solution has not yet been found. Please disable the toolbar from the beta opt-in in order to prevent exposing the blank toolbar further.

You seem to have forgotten the attachment.
Although the usability team is looking into the issue actively, the solution
has not yet been found. Please disable the toolbar from the beta opt-in in
order to prevent exposing the blank toolbar further.
For technical reasons, it'd probably be better to ignore the toolbar preference on RTL wikis, but still leave it set. That makes restoring it to the people who originally chose to use it (and didn't disable it in their preferences after opting in, or just changed their skin to Vector) much easier.

With the deployment of r55269 and r55280, we now fall back to the old toolbar in these cases.
While we want this to get fixed, we have blacklisted IE 6 and lower in LTR and IE 7 and lower in RTL.
This report is regarding the Babaco release of the Usability Initiative, which has been discontinued long ago. Closing as WONTFIX to get rid of deprecated LATER resolution.
