While doing T214513: Deploy and migrate tools to a Kubernetes v1.15 or newer cluster it would be very convenient to develop the new k8s in Toolsbeta, specially to start doing the puppet code rework, which involves introducing all the k8s roles in the toolforge puppet namespace rather than in the old toollabs.
This task is to track this work.
