Steps to Reproduce:

• Go to any username change request in https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:GlobalRenameQueue/open (If testing on actual request make sure request is ok to accept or use a test account)
• Click Accept Rename and there will be pop-up
• then click cancel in pop-up.

Actual Results:

• On clicking cancel in pop-up it doesn't cancel the rename, and process it.

Expected Results:

• It should cancel the rename on clicking cancel in pop-up.
