[Epic] Migrate log transport to kafka for Search Platform applications

Related to T220103, we need to migrate log transport from UDP/Logback and Gelf to Kafka. This is valid for all our applications, so at least:

  • elasticsearch
  • WDQS (blazegraph + updater)
