When submitting a blog post to review the author and editors should receive a notification alerting them to a submission. This will be done via PublishPress.

I created a new notification in PublishPress. When the content is moved to a new status, for posts, notify authors of the content, Admins, and Editors.
The email subject is, ""[psppno_post title]" was submitted for review"
Body:
Thank you for helping create great content for the Wikimedia movement with us.
This notification is to let you know the post "[psppno_post title]" was submitted for review.
The user who submitted the post is [psppno_actor display_name].
The URL of the post is [psppno_post permalink]

I was able to test this with a few folks and it is working as it should.
