I tried creating an edit notice for https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Libraryupgrader/Good_releases.json&action=edit which would exist at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Editnotice-0-Libraryupgrader-Good_releases.json except that's also a .json page, so it has to be JSON.

I forgot that Special:ChangeContentModel exists. The person who created that was pretty smart.
