Normally when unchecking "Structured Discussions on user talk" in beta features, a bot (Flow talk page manager) will help archive the flow page and restore the previous archived wikitext page. But now it is not working on a few wikis. Enabling it still works.

I tried to reproduce the problem on https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:94rain-testonly (with "Structured Discussions on user talk" in Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-betafeatures unchecked). I have tried to click on the check mark again (have it checked, and then unchecked), but it still does not work.
