Description

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to https://tools.wmflabs.org/replacer/dashboard
Click on "Artículo aleatorio" (Random article)

Actual Results:
While searching for replacements in articles the following error appears:
Error al buscar artículos con reemplazos: Could not open JPA EntityManager for transaction; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.JDBCConnectionException: Unable to acquire JDBC Connection

Expected Results:
The error message should not appears and the tool should search for replacements normally.

It's resolved! Tool now works as expected.

Aa far as I can see, the tools-db database has been unavailable for the tool. According to the logs, between 21.32 and 22.06 (UTC) of 28-Sep.

Please, if you see any inadequate use of the tool provoking this unavailability, please let me know in order to try to improve the tool.
