I am a former vandal on the English Wikipedia (i have regret my actions), and i want to edit constructively. I do not want to do that with this account, because it is connected to vandalism, i want to make a new account. When i tried now to create one there, it says that my ip (188.73.194.196) has created the maximum of 6 accounts in 24 hours, and i must wait until tomorrow. Because i want also to teach my classroom how to edit here (25 people, English Wiki), i request to lift this cap.
