Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Go to the "Suggested edits" window
3. Tap on "Image tags"
4. Find an image with 8 or more suggested tags

Expected results

It is possible to examine the image regardless of the number of suggested tags.

Actual results

The "Choose matching tags" overlay hides the image when there are a lot of suggested tags making it impossible to review the image.
