jukebohi on irc reports that his max_post_size was only 8 mb. They tried to import a 15mb file. This resulted in an import-token-mismatch and importnoprefix error (presumably because $_POST was empty? unclear). Anyways, Special:Import should tell people max file size prior to upload. If file is too big, it should have a reasonable error and not yammer on about session missing.
