This user was created by an OTRS volunteer, with password sent by email, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?type=&user=&page=User%3AYezi+Brook&wpdate=&tagfilter=. The user complained (subsequently, to the stewards) that no password email came. I've looked into centralauth database at the user's row, and found P10624. Given the user asked for this account in OTRS (2020030210003182 for reference), it's clear who this user is (should be :)) controlled by. I'm going to change the assigned email server-side, so they can finally access the account.
