Site/Location: codfw, it doesn't matter in which DC, but we have more capacity in codfw
Number of systems: 1
Service: package builder
Networking Requirements: internal IP
Processor Requirements: 8
Memory: 16 GB (OpenJDK builds OOM in linker stage with less..)
Disks: 250 G (boron has 300, but only uses 30%, chipping some away seems fine here)
