VisualEditor's diff dialog (whether visual or wikitext) typically presents the user with a wall of text and a scrollbar, yet normal keyboard navigation buttons like up, down, pgup, pgdown do not work. You can tab-navigate into some focusable element in the scrollable part of the dialog and then they'll work, but that's unintuitive and makes the change review experience confusing.
